Todd Poudrier was born and raised in Boston where he has been working steadily in film and theater for the past ten years. Last year he worked on a dozen projects playing a wide variety of roles. He is a journeyman actor who has had principal work in roughly seventy five independent film projects.

In addition to acting, Todd also has a passion for music. He started playing drums at age ten, and in his teen years developed into a lead vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter. He has fronted several Boston-based alternative rock bands over the years, including the socially conscious modern rock band Citizens Control. He is currently writing songs as a solo artist with a self-titled release planned for Fall 2007. The musical style would fall under the genre Synthpop.

He recently reunited with his former band members in Operation Rhinoceros and they hope to record and perform new material in the coming year. The band’s dreamy sound and introspective lyrics draw their influences from the '80s Liverpool and Manchester alternative music scene. Todd sometimes lends his musical talents to the screen as well, licensing songs to films in which he appears.
